Viewing Your Pre-Populated User Profile

Some of your personal data in Concur has been prepopulated from HR administrative systems. To view this data:

  1. Click on the Profile tab.
  2. Click on the Personal Information link.
  3. View your information. They greyed out information was pre-populated for you from the employee database. If you notice that any of this information is incorrect or out-of-date, contact your Human Resources Administrator.
  4. If you wish to change accounting information on an expense (charge some/all of it to an account number other than your FAS default) you may do so at the line item(s) level using allocation.
  5. Enter a Work Phone number. This required number will prepopulate all of your report headers.
  6. If you make any changes, click any one of the Save buttons.
