Receipt Report

Your Receipt Report highlights which receipts are required for the selected expense report.

  1. With the expense report open, click the Print link on the right side and select Receipt Report.
  2. Click on the Expenses checkbox to show or hide the expenses. If you want to see detailed itemization line items listed in your report, select the Itemization checkbox as well.
  3. To print the Receipt Report, click Print in the upper left corner, select your printer, and click OK.
  4. Click Close in the upper right corner to close the report.

Detailed Report

Detailed Report details for each line item in a report (including an allocation break down).

  1. With the expense report open, click Print on the right side and select Detailed Reports.
  2. Click on the Expenses checkbox to hide or show expenses. If you want to see detailed itemization line items listed in your report, select the Itemization checkbox as well.
  3. To print the Detailed Report, click Print in the upper left corner, select your printer, and click OK.
  4. Click Close in the upper right corner to close the report.
