Edit a Line Item in Your Expense Report

  1. Open an existing expense report.
  2. In the Expense List panel on the left, click on the line item transaction you would like to alter.
  3. A detailed line item form will appear on the right. Use this form to edit the details of the line item expense.
  4. While you are editing, you may itemize or allocate the transaction you are editing.
  5. Click Save when your edits are complete.
